Specimen Requirements

Specimen Type: Random or 24hr urine 

Container: Urine specimen collection cup or 24 hour collection container

Collection Instructions for 24 hour collection: discard the first urine specimene at the beginning of the 24hour period and collect all others including the one at the end of the time period.

No preservative is necessary, samples should remain refrigerated.
